In the oil, gas, and power sectors, operational efficiency, safety, and reliability are critical for plant success. Mechartes assists clients in solving everyday problems using advanced numerical analysis tools to address site-specific issues and enhance plant performance.

We utilize multiphase analysis, including flow assurance and CFD analysis, to study phenomena such as slugging, hydrate formation, and blockages, predicting flow patterns and optimizing pipeline designs to prevent these common issues.

Additionally, we address inefficient mixing, poor separation, and sedimentation in API 650 and API 620 tanks, providing tailored recommendations to improve separation efficiency and performance. For API 674 reciprocating pumps and API 618 reciprocating compressors, we conduct detailed pulsation and vibration analyses to identify sources of pulsation and offer solutions such as pulsation dampeners and supports.

Furthermore, our combined CFD and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) addresses flow-induced acoustic vibrations (FIAV) and flow-induced vibrations, preventing structural failures. By assessing pressure impacts on equipment and performing fatigue assessments, we provide solutions to enhance equipment stability and operational reliability.
