As a professor in the Mechanical Engineering department at IIT Delhi, he has made significant contributions to both academic and professional communities.

Dr. Ravi holds a doctorate in Mechanical Engineering and has developed numerous in-house CFD codes, including applications for industrial glass furnaces and solidification modeling. His extensive consulting experience spans various sectors, including Defense, Oil and Gas, Automobile, and Power Plant projects worldwide.

As one of the founders of Mechartés, Dr. Ravi envisioned providing high-quality numerical analysis services across diverse sectors, driving innovation and excellence in engineering solutions.

Prashant Ojha is an inspiring leader with a profound passion for solving engineering challenges. With extensive experience in the Automobile, Aerospace, HVAC, and Oil & Gas industries, Prashant has designed and analysed complex processes and equipment, driving innovation and efficiency.

In numerous projects, Prashant has leveraged his expertise in numerical modeling to simulate a wide array of dynamic mechanical systems, optimizing their performance during the design cycle. His profound passion for software development has led him to create various CFD solvers using the OpenFOAM library, including MechFlow. This CFD solver will be integrated with other BES tools, significantly enhancing our computational capabilities.

Prashant has also played a crucial role in establishing our seismic analysis capabilities using advanced tools like NX-Nastran. His commitment to excellence and continuous improvement is evident in all his endeavours.

Prashant holds an MS in CFD Engineering from Moscow State University.

Shishir Gupta, one of the founders of Mechartés, is a highly experienced and well-qualified engineer with 20 years of expertise in Mechanical Engineering. His extensive experience spans various industries, including HVAC, Data Center, Automobile, Oil & Gas, and High-tech sectors.

Shishir holds a B.Tech degree from IIT Delhi’s Mechanical Engineering department. He also pursued management studies at IIM Lucknow for six months before choosing to follow his passion for engineering and entrepreneurship. His dedication and vision have been instrumental in shaping Mechartés into a provider of exceptional engineering solutions.

Deepak is the Technical Director and head of the CFD department at Mechartés, bringing 19 years of expertise in Mechanical and CFD Engineering. He is a highly experienced and well-qualified engineer known for his effective team leadership and extensive proficiency in various CFD software.

Deepak’s responsibilities include conducting technical discussions with clients, designing, and verifying projects in the HVAC, Data Center, Oil & Gas, Transportation, Automobile, and Power sectors using 1D and 3D CFD tools. He oversees the initiation, execution, and monitoring of projects, and leads post-project discussions with clients to explain the results.

Additionally, Deepak manages a team of 30 CFD engineers, ensuring the timely delivery of all projects. He holds an MS in CFD Engineering from Moscow State University.

Srihari is a Director and Partner at Mechartés, UAE. With 18 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering and over 14 years of practice in the UAE, he is a highly experienced and well-qualified engineer. Srihari has expertise in all aspects of mechanical design, including Construction, Data Centres, Oil & Gas, and Water Treatment industries.

He is well-versed in the latest international and local codes and standards, specializing in the design and specification of services for large mixed-use developments, high-rise and super high-rise buildings, Data Centres, and district cooling plants. In the Middle East, Srihari is recognized for his expertise in CFD and FEA studies and is well-known in the market for his proficiency with relevant codes and standards.

Mahesh Manjakuppam Srinivasan is Technical Advisor for Mechartés Middle East, bringing 30 years of expertise in Mechanical Static and Piping Engineering across the Oil & Gas sector.

With extensive experience in Oman, UAE, Malaysia, and Brunei, Mahesh has led delivery of major refinery, petrochemical, and oil/gas projects valued from $200M to $4B.

His expertise spans dynamic stress analysis, valve engineering, operations, and integrity. Throughout his career, Mahesh has resolved numerous critical technical challenges, with particular strength in dynamic analysis for complex piping systems. He has authored multiple company specifications and guidelines, and created standardized process skids that achieved over $50M in engineering savings.

Mahesh has played key roles in establishing In-Country Value contracts for valve manufacturing and improving asset integrity across operations. As a Chartered Engineer and ASME member, his technical contributions have earned multiple achievement awards for reducing plant deferment and supporting early project commissioning.

Mahesh holds an M.Tech in Advanced Design from BITS India and he is also a Member of the Institution of Engineers (India).

Himanshu is the Manager of the UAE office at Mechartés, bringing 8 years of experience to the role. He specializes in CFD, Piping, and FEA studies across various industries, including Construction, Data Centres, Oil & Gas, and Water Treatment. Himanshu is well-versed in the technical demands of the Middle Eastern market and adept at coordinating with clients for both technical and sales discussions. His leadership ensures smooth operations and successful project execution in the UAE office, contributing to the growth and reputation of Mechartés in the region.

Ananya Nayar serves as a Technical Sales Engineer at Mechartes, specializing in the Oil and Gas and Water sectors. With her Chemical Engineering background and M.Tech in Computer-Aided Process Design, she effectively bridges technical expertise with client relations, supporting the sales team in understanding and addressing customer needs through practical engineering solutions.

Drawing from her experience in coordinating with various technical teams, Ananya ensures seamless communication between clients and engineers, while focusing on delivering reliable solutions that align with client requirements.
