Data Center Architecture & Engineering

Pre-Design Stage

External flow CFD analysis is conducted for the Chiller and Generator yards located on the data center sites. Several wind directions and weather conditions are taken in consideration to judge the correct placement of the chiller and generator units, as the wrongly placed units can have hot air recirculation problems which impacts the performance of the Chiller units.

Design Stage

CFD Analysis is used to validate and optimize the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) design of following areas of a Data Center as per the project requirement

  • Data Hall

  • Generator Room

  • DRUPS Room and Corridor

Construction Stage

Stress analysis is used to analyze the existing piping networks or while designing the process pipe networks. Stress analysis serves to identify whether a given pipe arrangement can cope with weight, thermal, and pressure stress at safe operation levels. Based on the stress analysis report different types of supports are designed and suggested to client.
