Mechartés is a leader in evaluating the effectiveness of a Smoke Exhaust System through Smoke Analysis in complex buildings like Airports, Malls, Museums, and Auditoriums using CFD simulation.

We possess extensive expertise in Smoke and Evacuation Modelling, essential for ensuring the safety and efficiency of buildings in the event of a fire. Our advanced simulation capabilities help architects, fire engineers, and building owners design systems that protect occupants and property by optimizing smoke control and evacuation procedures.

We utilize Fire Dynamic Simulation (FDS) software to simulate smoke behavior in various building types, including commercial, residential, and industrial structures. Our smoke modeling services assess the movement of smoke and heat during a fire, enabling us to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate them. By predicting smoke spread, temperature distribution, and visibility levels, we ensure that our designs meet stringent safety standards and regulations.

Our CFD Analysis adheres to local and international standards, including the UAE Fire and Life Safety Code, Saudi Fire Code (SFC), NFPA 92 for smoke control systems, NFPA 101 for life safety, SFPE guidelines, EN 12101-6 for Smoke & Heat Control Systems, ISO 16730, ISO 16733, and BS 7974 as per project requirements.

Mechartes utilizes FDS-EVAC and Pathfinder software for evacuation modeling, accurately simulating occupant movement and egress during emergencies. This enables us to optimize evacuation routes, minimize egress times, and enhance overall safety measures.
